Term has flown by, and the vacation starts this weekend. However both the College Library and the Pepys Library will be open during the vacation should you want a break from Christmas shopping!
College Library
The Library will remain open throughout the vacation (including Christmas day). From Saturday 6th December we will switch to our vacation opening hours of 6.30am-midnight, switching back to 24 hour opening at the start of Full Term on Tuesday 13th January.
The Library will be unstaffed between Saturday 20th December and Sunday 4th January, so the book returns box will not be emptied during this period.
All books must be returned this Wednesday (3rd December) for the end of term recall, and vacation borrowing will begin at 11am on Thursday. The reason for the recall is to try to ensure that everyone has an equal chance to get the books that they need for the vacation, by having as many books as possible on the shelves at the fixed starting time for vacation borrowing. Pepys Library
The Pepys Library will be open to the public 2-4pm Monday-Saturday until 19th December 2014. Researchers wishing to make an appointment should email pepyslibrary@magd.cam.ac.uk
The Pepys Library will be closed from Saturday 20th December – Sunday 4th January.
