We have reached the vacation, the Christmas lights and trees are up, and it’s suddenly gone quiet around here! However both the College Library and the Pepys Library will be open during the vacation should you want to pop in and visit.

College Library

The Library will remain open throughout the vacation (including Christmas day). From Saturday 5th December we will switch to our vacation opening hours of 6.30am-midnight, switching back to 24 hour opening at the start of Full Term on Tuesday 12th January.

The Library will be unstaffed between Saturday 19th December and Sunday 3rd January, so the book returns box will not be emptied during this period.

Vacation borrowing is now in effect, so anything taken out of the library over Christmas will be due back on 16th January. If you have any questions about vacation borrowing or are having trouble getting hold of a book, please speak to a member of staff or email library@magd.cam.ac.uk

Pepys Library

The Pepys Library will be open to the public 2-4pm Monday-Saturday until 19th December 2015. Researchers wishing to make an appointment should email pepyslibrary@magd.cam.ac.uk

The Pepys Library will be closed from Sunday 20th December – Monday 4th January, reopening on Tuesday 5th.
