Well, we’re nearly at the end of Easter term, to those of you who are still doing exams or writing assignments/thesis (and still reading e-mails) Keep Going!

End of term recall

All items on loan from the College Library are due back on Wednesday 14^th June (no renewals). For all loans not returned on Wednesday 14th an additional £2 fine will be accrued per item and your account will be blocked until they are returned.

I have a list of those of you that still have exams on Wednesday and beyond and we will extend your loans to the day after your last exam, however please do contact me if you have concerns about this process.

Library Fines

If you have accrued any Library fines over the whole academic year they will all be added to this term’s college bill. You can check your outstanding fines by logging on to Heritage (same barcode and password as the self-issue laptop) http://www.heritage.magd.cam.ac.uk/

Vacation Loans

All standard loan items can then be taken out for Long Vacation Loan (on loan until Saturday 7^th October) from 11am Thursday 15^th June.

If your course ends this term you cannot take books out on Vacation Loan.

Wigglesworth Law books remain on overnight loan and should not be taken over the Long Vacation.

Missing books

If you find you have books from the library that are not on loan, please return them. We are missing a large number of books from economics and politics (3.B and 3.C) as well as Law book (9.). I’d prefer not to have to waste next year’s budget for your sections on replacing ‘lost’ stock.

Opening times

The Library will move over to vacation opening times (closing at midnight and opening at 6:30am) on Monday 26^th June.

The Library will be closed from Noon on Wednesday 21^st June to 9am Thursday 22^nd June due to May Ball.

Any further disruption or closure during the long vacation will be notified via posters and e-mail.
